Draft · pending counsel review · last updated 2026-08-02-draft
This policy describes what Mobile Interactive LLC collects when you use the Licensed Modular Music Platform, and how it is used.
1. What we collect
- Account data: name, email, password hash, role, plan tier, and consent records (Terms acceptance, contributor rights declarations) with timestamps and document versions.
- Transactional data: subscriptions, license issuances and certificates, downloads, and contributor earnings statements. Payment card details are handled by our payment processor and never stored by us.
- Content: audio, metadata, and artwork submitted by contributors.
- Technical data: logs (IP address, user agent, timestamps) used for security, rate limiting, and abuse prevention.
2. How we use it
To operate the marketplace: authentication, licensing and certificate verification, royalty accounting, curation, support, and legal compliance. We do not sell personal information.
3. Sharing
Service providers under contract (hosting, payments, email), and authorities where legally required. Certificate verification pages show a licensee’s abbreviated name only.
4. Retention and your rights
Account data is retained while your account exists; license and consent records are retained as long as needed to evidence the licenses themselves. Subject to applicable law (including GDPR and CCPA/CPRA), you may request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of your personal data by contacting us. Deletion requests cannot remove records we must keep to evidence issued licenses.
5. Cookies
We use a single first-party session cookie for authentication. No third-party advertising cookies are set.
