Terms of Service
Draft · pending counsel review · last updated 2026-08-02-draft
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern use of the Licensed Modular Music Platform (“the Service”), operated by Mobile Interactive LLC (“we,” “us”). By creating an account you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
The Service is a subscription marketplace for licensing music in three formats: full themes, music elements, and sound slides. Subscription tiers determine where licensed music may be used, as described on the Plans page and recorded on each license certificate.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
3. Licenses
Each license issued while your subscription is active grants a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the licensed work in content published during that active period, within the usage scope of your tier at issuance. Licenses do not permit redistribution of audio as a standalone asset, resale, or sublicensing. License certificates are verifiable by certificate number on the Service.
4. Contributor content
Contributors warrant that they own or control all rights in submitted music and grant us the rights needed to operate the Service, including creating previews and derivative cut formats (elements and sound slides) and licensing works to subscribers under these Terms. Contributor revenue share is governed by the contributor dashboard and any separate contributor agreement.
5. Payment
Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law. Prices may change with notice effective the next billing period. You may cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current period.
6. Prohibited use
- Using licensed music outside your tier’s scope
- Redistributing, reselling, or claiming ownership of catalog audio
- Registering licensed works in content-identification systems
- Circumventing previews, watermarks, or access controls
7. Termination; disclaimers; liability
We may terminate accounts for material breach. The Service is provided “as is”; to the maximum extent permitted by law our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by California law. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Santa Clara County, California.
